Read BuddyPress community health: the total registered member count, the active member count, the total group count, and which BuddyPress components (members, groups, activity, friends, messages, notifications, profiles) are active, read through BuddyPress's own count accessors. Returns site-wide counts and component flags only, never a member profile, a member identity, an activity item, a message, or a group description, and cannot modify anything. Read-only diagnostic.

bp_get_groupsmanage_options

Read the BuddyPress group structure: for each group its id, name, slug, status (public/private/hidden), parent group id, creation date, and member count. Returns group structure and counts only - never a group description, a group's creator or admins/moderators, a member profile, or an activity item. Read-only diagnostic; cannot create, edit, move, or change the privacy of a group.
